I am a Certified Wellness Coach and food educator who is passionate about helping people find better health and manage illnesses like pre-diabetes, diabetes, and high blood pressure through developing a plant-based diet.
I offer 1-1 coaching, private and public classes and resources to help you understand the science of plant-based nutrition make lasting change to your diet and overall health.
I entered the wellness field after a career in research and library science, earning certifications from the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies, the Mayo Clinic, and the Rouxbe Culinary School.
I serve on the Board of the Physicians Association for Nutrition, and am happy to take referrals and consult with medical professionals on serving patients who can benefit from a plant-based diet.
